Part 2: 5 ways to wellbeing
Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. In the second part of this webinar, Katie Buckingham will explore each of these evidence-based pillars toward improving personal wellness, to aid you in remote working during these difficult times.

Katie Buckingham, Founder and Director of Altruist Enterprises - An award-winning social entrepreneur, Katie uses her professional and personal experience to inform others on issues surrounding mental health, in both the workplace and wider contexts. A seasoned public speaker and innovator of bespoke mental health courses, Katie is commissioned to speak nationally on these essential topics, while her TEDx Talk entitled, ‘I’m fine, lets stop masking our mental health issues’ is available to watch on YouTube.
Paul Osborne, Director, LHC Design - Paul is a Chartered Landscape Architect and Urban Designer. He has extensive experience in the private and public sectors; and in the design and delivery of high quality urban design, masterplanning, landscape and public realm schemes. Paul leads LHC Design’s Urban Design team and has recently led the successful delivery of a wide range of residential and commercial masterplans and developments including Oceansgate Marine Industries Production Campus, Devonport; Nexus 25, Taunton; Yeovil Public Realm Strategy and the Taunton Rethink masterplan. Paul is Fellow of the Landscape Institute, Landscape Institute Professional Practice Examiner and sits on the Devon Design Review Panel.
