Rob Firth & Chris O’Riordan

Rob Firth, Architect and Business Action Coach

Robert is an Architect and Business Coach at RDMF Ltd (trading as ActionCOACH). He is passionate about mentoring teams to success and growing businessesespecially  architectural practices and interior designers. He also mentors entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve their goals in life. In his 40-year career Robert has been an equity partner at Austin-Smith:Lord, Head of Architecture at Capita Architecture and Managing Principal at HOK UK, Europe and Africa. He was the President of the Royal Society of Architects in Wales twice and a RIBA Councillor. He has also been a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Cardiff University. 

Chris O’Riordan, Business Coach for Landscape sector

Chris is Managing Director of Firestarter, which advises clients on sustainable growth strategies, sales performance and operational delivery as well as the removal of dependency on key individuals (such as owner-managers). Chris started his career as a fundraiser and events manager for the National Heart Research Fund before working in a number of senior corporate sales and leadership positions.
