LI members survey results and forward plan

Early this year, LI members were asked to complete a survey to provide feedback on what has been going well and what areas they would like to see changes made in.

Naomi Taylor, Head of Membership Services and John Clay, Advisory Council member, present the survey results and demonstrate what the LI’s plans will be to boost the membership experience over the next two years.
