Laura Bradley CMLI, Director, Bradley Murphy Design

Laura Bradley is a Chartered Landscape Architect and co-founder of BMD, an award-winning landscape architectural practice with over 18 years’ experience designing and delivering residential and mixed-use projects.
Laura works across a variety of development types but specialises in urban regeneration and the promotion, design and development of higher density residential, mixed-use development, and public realm.
Laura serves as a member of the Landscape Institute’s Professional Review Group (PRG) for Birmingham City University and sits on the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town Quality Review Panel.

Kristina Causer, Head of Sales & Marketing, Jupiter Play & Leisure Ltd
Kristina has been creating playful environments for over 16 years, working in partnership with Local Authorities and Landscape architects across the UK and for a while in Sweden too!
Kristina is passionate about the right for all children to play and was one of the founding authors of the PiPA (Plan Inclusive Play Areas) toolkit; a publication to help guide better inclusive design which is now widely used in procurement process in the UK. Kristina now leads the Innovation Hub of research and creative development within Jupiter Play, tackling key issues such as sustainability in the supply chain as well as championing the Sustainable Shoots program at Jupiter Play.

Prof Michael Duncan, Professor in Sport and Exercise Science, Coventry University
Mike Duncan is a BASES-accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist with research interests in the field of children, physical activity, exercise, and obesity. As of February 2021, he has published over 260 peer-reviewed journal papers, 20 books or chapters in edited books, and over 300 peer reviewer conference presentations. Mike is a member of the European College of Sports Science, American College of Sports Medicine, United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association and a Fellow of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences. He has experience in working with elite athletes in prescribing exercise programs and evaluating performance and also has worked extensively with community groups on topics such as physical activity interventions in children and adolescents and the effects of nutritional manipulation on cognitive and functional performance in older adults.
