Summary

Examine a ‘Business Case for Parks’, the Parks Action Group value proposition that addresses all of the benefits that parks provide to society and the environment. This presentation will explore the development, led by The Parks Alliance, and set out the main proposals the business case makes as the sector seeks to find a sustainable future for parks in England. 

Sue Morgan

Sue Morgan is Director of Architecture & Built Environment for the Design Council. A landscape architect and FE lecturer by training, Sue has over 25 years’ experience working in the private, public and third sectors. She has held senior positions with London Borough of Southwark, Better Bankside Business Improvement District and Groundwork London. The previous CEO of the Wandle Valley Regional Park Trust and a keen advocate for green infrastructure, Sue is also Vice Chair for The Parks Alliance.
