Day 1.7 Wildflowers – Creating beauty in the landscape environment
Summary
During the session Stuart will be covering all the considerations to be made when specifying wildflowers as part of a landscape project. It’s all about the ‘right plant in the right place,’ the preparation and planning that is needed and the maintenance required to achieve a successful bloom year on year. Stuart will include wildflower case studies of projects that have added beauty to traditional landscape environments.

Growing up with a keen interest in wildlife, from small insects up to large and exotic animals, Stuart’s personal enthusiasm for nature over the years has led to heading up the John Chambers Wildflowers business and spreading the word on British native wildflowers, after John Chambers himself retired in 2013. Working with clients of all types, Stuart advises and create mixes to help the environment and meet project requirements.
